2 Create a positive environment
Our environment has a great influence on our mood. Therefore, you should always keep your room clean and organized. Paste posters with motivational and positive quotes all around the room. 3 Get Outside
Whenever you start feeling anxious or depressed, try to go out for a walk. Just a simple walk around your block can make you feel better instantly. Practice some normal breathing exercise. Take a count up to ten and then backward while sitting silently and focusing on your breath and body. noticing the beauty of nature by sitting in a park will surely make you feel better and energized. Sitting inside office and home can make you feel monotonous and depressed. Taking out five minutes of fresh air can make a big difference in your mood.

Having gratitude towards others value and humanity is a must. It is simply a very powerful way of making yourself feel good about everybody and everything. Doing so makes your social relationships healthy and strong. A friendly gathering with some home cooked food and endless laughter is an amazing way of embracing the togetherness with your near and dear ones.
5 Engaging in Self-Care
Stress can make you both physically and emotionally exhausted. This can lead to various health issues like frequent headaches, lower energy levels, and stomach aches. Engage yourself in some physical activities by joining a gym or dance class. Read some feel-good books to give yourself a better and positive surrounding. Daily take some time out for yourself.
